According to the Cancer Council, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. Inevitably everyone will be impacted by their own cancer diagnosis or that of a family member or friend.

Author, Jo Spicer, has survived her own battles with cancer. When faced with diagnosis, Jo was given medical information but there was nothing to help her answer the millions of questions running through her mind. Nor were there any resources to help her deal with the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual impact on her entire world and everyone in it.This gap in information inspired her to write this book.
