Every order comes lovingly gift wrapped at no extra cost — because the presentation is part of the gift.

🎄 Christmas Delivery Dates

Order by Friday 18 December for Standard delivery (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT), or Friday 11 December for WA, TAS and NT. Express Post orders close Tuesday 22 December at 1:30pm (Monday 21 December for WA and NT). Regional areas may take longer, so please order early.

Spend $100 or more and we'll ship your order anywhere in Australia, absolutely free. It's our way of saying thank you for spreading a little more empathy in the world.

All orders are dispatched from our home base in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria.

Standard Shipping — $18 AUD

(Free on orders $100+) Available across all Australian states and territories, including NSW, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA, and NT.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping — $20 AUD

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

⏱️ Order Processing

Order by 1:30pm (Melbourne time) on a business day, Monday to Friday, and we'll post it the same day. Orders placed after 1:30pm, on weekends or on public holidays are posted the next business day. Once it's posted, we'll email you the Australia Post tracking details.

🍷 Alcohol Delivery Requirements

Orders containing alcohol are subject to additional requirements under Victorian and Australian law:

  • The person receiving the delivery must be 18 years or older.
  • Our courier may require the recipient to show valid photo ID and provide a signature on delivery.
  • Alcohol cannot be left unattended or delivered without ID verification — if no one of legal age is available to accept the delivery, the courier may return the parcel to a local depot or attempt redelivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we reasonably believe it is intended for a person under 18.

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
